The heart of Pastoral Care at Immaculate Mary Home is relationship. The minister of pastoral care represents a relationship with God, a God who loves each person unconditionally. Ministers also communicate God's care, comfort, strength, acceptance and so much more.

What does Pastoral Care look like at Immaculate Mary Home?

  • Welcoming and getting acquainted with new residents
  • Ongoing assessment of the the spiritual needs of residents
  • Visiting and praying with our residents
  • Daily supportive care for residents who are dying and for their families

Liturgical Experiences

  • Daily celebration of the Eucharist
  • Sunday celebration of the Eucharist for residents, families and friends of Immacualte Mary Home
  • Celebration of the Anointing of the Sick within Mass on each floor to enable more residents to participate
  • Monthy Holy Hour with Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament and Benediction
